Falsely flagged on credit bureau despite paying early every month

Nedbank has erroneously reported missed payments for 2026 to Experian on my profile. I have ironclad proof from my bank statements showing my monthly payments are consistently made every single month without fail, 5 to 6 days before month-end. Because of Nedbank's system negligence, my credit score has been defamed and severely damaged. I have just submitted a formal complaint to the Executive Appeals office and carbon-copied the National Financial Ombudsman.
