False statement

I bought a vehicle on a fixed installment, of R3340 but now they have increased it to R3409.46. My account number ********** 0002. This is not acceptable, on transunion credit report it show the correct amount but they deduct, deferment amount. At first on trans union it was showing the R3409.46 and I did enquire with nedbank they said it's wrong. But now they corrected it on trans union and deduct deferment amount.
