False promise of refunds
It is ridiculous that a finance service provider can demand immediate payment before however take 2 months to refund the payment when they are not able to deliver the service. I requested my vehicle registration documents to which they asked a large fee that i paid immediately. MFC was not able to deliver on the service requested and indicated they would refund with in 24hrs, that was on 11 September. it is the 12th of November and I have requested a number of times for the refund to which the response is that payment will be made immediately and will clear within 48hours.
@MFC when will I get MY money back.
