False marketing from Nedbank Consultant

A c9nsultant from Nedbank called me last month and advised that should I have any debit orders going off from my account they'll give me back R200 30 days after the 1st debit order has went off, my ask to him was that do I have to directly set it on the app or even if I call the service provider is it still applicable. He then advised that as long as it has went off, whether I set it or not, then 30 days after it has went off I will then get back R200 for the next 3 months, it's now over 35 days and I haven't received the R200, was this false marketing or what?
