False information on ITC Report

Herewith I am placing a complaint against Nedbank. Since February 2012 until 30 June 2014 I put myself under debt review for own reasons. In this time Nedbank handed my account over to attorneys and payment was made directly to these attorneys. July 2014 I made arrangements with my creditors including the attorneys which I started paying personally. Now I receive my credit report and see that according to Nedbank I have never paid them a cent since June 2014. I am highly upset and disgusted in Nedbanks service. They are ***** and just want to make my life a living hell. I expect my ITC to be fixed up as I have proof that this account is being paid each and every month. I will maybe accept apology in writing and an urgent correction on my Credit Report. And nothing less. As to me I am ashamed to say I trusted them with my money in the first place. Thats why I have closed all accounts.
