Hi Hello Peter, I also apply for a homeloan and was also decline and according to Nedbank Mr. Drotski someone is under debt counceling/review, yet none of the applicants are.

Where do this guy get the info, this cannot be good for Nedbank.

And I also signed an offer to purchase and the owner accept it and also sign the documents, then another offer came in and all of a sudden everything went wrong. Hope I will not be liaible for anything.
