False claim of online service!

I am duly disappointed with the level of Nedbank's online account opening services. If you truly were trying to tap into the online business you would be efficient in your service turnaround time and actually provide full online business registration services.

I registered my business on your online registration portal about a month ago and are yet to receive the services for which I requested. I even had to call your business customer services to enquire about my transaction for which to my surprise your consultants had no due process on how to even go about handling my request even with the reference number I provided.

If you are going to claim that you are offering an online service please do your due diligence by ensuring that your staff is trained in doing so and that your process can even handle such requests.

I'm still waiting for my online service request to be answered!
