False charges
<p>Hi There ,</p> <p>I have Nedbank account with suvvy bundle 180 Rand ,i have credit card and debit card.They said i have to pay </p> <p>interest if dont pay back with in 25 days if i transfer money from credi card to any account.</p> <p>I paid total amount back in 15 days but still they deducted money with finance charges.</p>
worse service always deduct extra money ,when we swipe debit/credit card in overseas they deduct more then 500 Rands.

Still they didn't tell me why they charged 500 Rands extra on my international purchase ,they are not telling me what was they currency rate nedbank giving me on that day ,xe rate was 5.08 on that day.
Every month some amount is being deducted from my account for payment protection.
What is this payment protection fee?where did you specify about payment protection fee?

Nedbank people said no charge for foreign transactions or international purchases for savy bundle account holders ,they haven't specified any where even.They specified croos border charges for only American Express card but they are charging for platinum cards also.
When they gave me cards ,they said no extra fee for international purchase but they deducted tomany times from my both Credit card and Debit card accounts.
