False and misleading advertising

Called Nedbank Business regarding their "Debtor Management" service, which has been advertised on the radio (also appears on their website).

Business division did not know what it is and transferred me to Legal. Legal then wanted to transfer me to Home Loans.

So, a **** service to draw attention or your personnel are not informed.

Either way - How can I trust you as a bank with my money.
