False Advi*****ts

I've app**** for a credit card on the 28th of January 2020 and was advised the application can take between 3 to 5 business days, three weeks late no responses, I've laid a complaint and was escalated to a Resolution Manager Mr M Fourie, been in contact with the manager and all I keep hearing is its been escalated to the credit department yet they Advised 3 to 5 business day in there Advi*****t
