False advertising

In July, I received a call from a Nedbank consultant named Felicity, who informed me that my account had been selected to receive R1000 as part of a salary switch promotion, provided that my salary was paid into my Nedbank account for three consecutive months. It has now been several months and despite my salary having been paid into my Nedbank account during that period, I have not yet received the promised R1000. I have been following up several times with no feedback.
