FALSE ADVERTISING BY NEDBANK

I app**** for a bond with Nedbank, which was approved in June 2023. However, contrary to the information contained on their website, I was not granted the 50% off on attorney's fees for the registration of the bond! I called their call center and was promised that the matter will be investigated, however, to date, no one has given me any feedback!! REF ***5.
