FALSE ADVERTISING BY NEDBANK

Nedbank does fale advertising or their consultants do not know their terms and conditions - i was told if i open a nedbank savy account and use my card 5 times have my salary deposited into the account and have 1 debit go off i get R3000 back - first month i called they told me that a debit did not yet go of and thus i do not qualify - this month a debit went off and the consultant tells me that it is a competition and by opening a savvy account i go into a draw to stand a chance to win R3000 - and told to go into the branch - which is another nightmare the promenade Mitchells plain branch is horribly understaffed and almost every time i go there i never spend less than an hour for assistance
