False advertising and misleading information

i forgot about a debit order and when i saw yesterday morning i transferred money into the account because the order had gone off. an hour later i received a low baalnce notification after i had transfered the money. today i see that the debit ordwer was reversed and im charged R90. firstlyy you advertise that we have 30 hours to rectify the account, so why now the reversal. i called your useless call centre three times this morning and the responses was, 1. i do not have no funds alert. 2. the current account call centre opens at 7h30. 3 the lady could not help me and said she will put me through to someone whose message only said they open at 8am. dont waste my time. i am on savy bundle which includes no fund alert. i rectify the account so please reverse the R90 and honour the payment. i am sure that some one in your organisition will know how to do their job. please resolve this matter immediately.
