False advertising

2020 around Feb I was looking for a cheaper bank to finance me with bond. Then Nedbank promised that if I take their bond they will give me R5000 cash back if I bank with them and if the bond approves. Bond approved in March 2020, but now it's 2021 I HV made calls for this R5000 but still no luck.
