False advertising - 24 hour turnaround on homeloan

I had an offer to purchase accepted by a seller on 03 May 2015. Property is in Randhart, Alberton.<br> The estate agents bond originator decided to put through applications with FNB who I bank with and nedbank who i have my car finance with. FNB offered a 100% bond within a week, i wanted to wait for Nedbanks offer so i could compare but 3 weeks later, Nedbank has not made any progress, first they got the property details wrong and now the assessor is dragging the process along, i would assume a bank would want business from a 2nd time home owner but i guess Nedbank is another story, Really ****ed off that they advertise speedy turnaround times on confirmations but they are the slowest of the lot.<br> DISGUSTING SERVICE, THANK GOD MY CAR WILL BE PAID OFF SOON SO I CAN SAY BYE BYE NEDBANK
