**** smiles and no service
Pathetic service at Nedbank Northmead. My problem was supposed to take 7 working days and after 9 working days I went to the branch to enquire what the problem is. No answer. I was told they will follow-up and call me back. GUESS WHAT?????? 3 working days later i'm still waiting for a reply!!!!!!!! 12 working days!!!! That is not on and certainly is not service! All the staff are very friendly but none of them can solve a problem
