**** MONEY IN ATM
I withdrew R700 cash on the 28th of July at the Nedbank ATM outside the Cresta branch. On trying to use the cash to pay for groceries at Woolies, I was told the cash was ****. I immediately went into the branch for assistance, and they told me to submit an Affidavit, which I did. On asking when I would be able to get my money from the bank, I was rudely told that they could not give a date as they were going to conduct an investigation. Im a single mother of two, and I need to use the money to pay bills, including school fees for my children. How does a bank ATM discharge **** R100 notes, and make it my problem? And now I must wait for God knows how long whilst they investigate the *******ion in their organisation? And they is no apology. What kind of a bank does that? of all the places IN A BANK VERY FURSTATED and disappointed. Where is the fairness in all this? I would think the bank should give me my money and sort out whatever they need to sort out without throwing my life into chaos? I need someone at Nedbank to address this as soon as possible
