**** account created using my ID with FICA

Someone created an account using my ID and also opened a loan. when I went to request Nedbank to explain to me how the account was created and where id I sign off and what proof or resistance was used. I was told that they will send the request to the forensics of which the turnaround was not given to me. The problem is that I am also in a process of buying a house an my worry is that I will loos a deal because Nedbank did not enforce the proper FICA requirements when opening the account. I need to be contacted immediately for this issue to be resolved.
