Failure to stick to contract agreement

I paul mlindeleni Qhina took up a loan with nedbank for a period of 72 months. The last payment of the loan was supposed to be in October 2024.Only to find out the bank has Extended the contract term with out my knowledge. They further notified me about some "covid" outstanding amounts, I then made a payment that the requested me to pay. Nedbank fails to communicate with me I'm always the one that always has to communicate and make follow ups with nedbank even after making the payments that they have requested me to make. I'm not pleased with the service I got from Nedbank I feel ****** by them.
