Failure to respond and return back monies

I would hereby like to lay a complaint about the abovementioned case done through Lerato Mokomonde with regards to funds that were withdrawn/swipped/?????. On the 10 Oct 2017 I went to the Checkers at Wintip in Dr Swanepoel road, Doornpoort close to my home to purchase a few items that were needed for the house. Whilst in Checkers I received a phone call on my cell phone from a black gentleman by the name of Vusi Khumalo phoning on behalf of Nedbank Greenbacks on tel no ********** with regards to my Greenback points. He had my ID no, card no and expire date on the card and confirmed it with me. He asked me if he could have a quick few words with regards to transferring the greenback points onto a card for me. I then said to him that I can't hear him to well could he please call me back later, which he did within +-5min. He told me that he is going to send me a sms regarding the card no and points that was loaded. I phoned the no that he called me from and the person answered Nedbank Card Division and I asked to speak to Mr Khumalo, I was put through, and Mr Khumalo said that I must be patient the sms is on its way. I then received a sms about 5min later with a card no and an amount of R3 202 that has been transferred to card no ending When I got home after doing the purchase of R451.53 on my card a saw a message about an easipay for R1000.00 that someone was trying to put through my card with the option if it is not me doing this transaction is should call ***. That message disappeared from my phone the day that the payment came through I immediately realised that something was wrong and looked via internet banking on my bank account and saw that the Balance was R20818.09 but available balance was only +- R318.00. I immediately phoned Nedbank and lodged a complaint. The lady that I first spoke to asked if the person said he is phoning about Greenbacks without me even saying anything about who called me or about what. She also said that it is a **** thus I thought Nedbank Card division was aware that such claims and phone calls that were coming in. I really thought by acting that quick it would be ok. She then asked me if I would like to stop the card which we duly did and she said she was going to put me through to the ***** department where I could lodge a complaint. Speaking to the lady at the ***** department explaining me issue she did inform me that it would take 4 weeks for a response. She then gave me the case no 2017J1817 and said that somebody would get back to me. The following day 11 Oct 2017 I checked my bank account again but saw that no transactions had been put through and was quite relieved. On the 12 Oct 2017 nine of the ********** transactions suddenly appeared on my bank account plus two transactions back dated to the 11 Oct 2017 for R8.50 for insufficient funds ??? I do not understand why if I had stopped the card and spoke to the ***** department how come these transactions came through. I phoned on the 12 Oct 2017 to try and get clarity on this but was once again informed by Donna that Lerato Mokomonde is working on the case and will give me feedback in 4-6 weeks' time. She was not available to speak to. I then again gave them the number that he phoned me from plus the employee no NB745225VK that he gave me. Donna even said that it is not an employee number from Nedbank. Loan behold on the 18 Oct 2017 two more of these transactions popped up on my bank statement. I was surprized about these two from CELL C and the last one on the 12th to Debonairs. Could we maybe investigate what time and which Debonairs and Cell C were paid? It makes me wonder if this was not information leaked between Cell C and Nedbank. The person doing these transactions or whatever they are knew exactly what amount I had in my bank account. During the investigation nobody contacted me to hear what I had to say and therefore they just ASSUMED I gave the authorization for these transactions. I am reasonably disappointed about the outcome of the case from Nedbank ***** Division, I am sure that anybody losing an amount of R20182.80 would feel the same as this was some of our retirement monies we are trying to keep on an account. My husband is already on pension and I am due to go off in 2 years' time. I have been a client of Nedbank for +- 9 years could even be longer and have really run my account well.

Since my complaint i have not been assisted and referred this matter to Beeld and the Banks Onbudsman which i still have not received any feedback from.

I plea to you to please assist me in this regard as i am desperatly in need of an answer and a refund of my monies.
