Failure to provide help seeked
This morning I called the Nedbank call centre and I was transferred to the home loans department and the person who answered my call introduced herself as Nhlanhla. After wasting my time and airtime explaining to her what the problem was she told me she could not help and would transfer me to the loan protection insurance department. I made it clear to her that I did not want to waste any more of my airtime on the phone rehashing the problem already explained to her and she said that she would transfer me and all I needed was to ask the person who answers the phone to call me back. The person who answered said her name was Priscilla and when I asked her to call me she would not and eventually told me that she is inbound and cannot make outgoing calls, meanwhile my airtime, while she continued to waste my time was getting use up.

There was an amount of R5655.35 which was posted to my bond account which resulted in the debit order for end of October failing as there were not sufficient funds to cover the monthly installment, because they attempted to recover an annual premium in one month. Now they want to make this my problem and charge me interest on a bigger balance
