Failure to lift cession on a home loan

<p>On 7 November 2016, I walked into Nicolway Nedbank to request a letter from Nedbank to state that they are lifting a cession on my home loan. I had voluntarily ceded my old mutual policy to Nedbank when I bought my home in 2001. My home loan was for R800 000 +-, I have never missed a single payment and I am currently owing about R85 000. I have even written to my new private banker and I have completed about 4 forms already and up until now, I have not received the letter cancelling the cession and Veonna Simes is not able to explain to me why Nedbank is not giving me the letter of cancellation of the cession</p>
