Failure to collect your own debit orders.

Nedbank fails to collect their own debit order, blames Me for failing to pay and then sends me a threatening sms about being behind on a payment and now my insurance is lasping. 10 YEARS I've been a client, NEVER missed a single payment. I am shocked. You got your premium that YOU failed to collect today. My insurance on my loan better NOT lapse because of your failure to do your own debit. Kindly note my other PL debit order collected successfully with no issues. ***. Also since when are official document communications ent via sms. A sms cannot be password protected. What if that had gone to the wrong number? My name, address and loan account number would have been compromised.
