Fails miserably at making things happen

I was in your branch 2 weeks ago and was assisted by a team leader Simone Alexander.
She did an increase in overdraft application for me and confirmed she will submit everything and that she would call me back in 2-3 days to sign a contract.
A week and a half later after getting no feedback I call the Nedbank call centre only to be told that the application has not been 'taken up' and that there are no supporting documents received on record and they then refer me back to your branch. I call 3 times, left messages with no one getting back to me. After my fourth call I finally manage to speak to Simone on Wednesday this week who confirmed she doesn't know why there are no documents and that she will escalate my case and resend everything. She calls me back later before 4pm confirming she has the contract and that I just need to come sign. I confirmed will come the next day. She mentions she is on leave but will leave the documents with Qasim and that all will be speedily processed and resolved. As I am about to leave for the branch I call ahead to confirm I am on my way to sign and guess what...??? Sherridan tells me that there is no contract actually available and that she needs to still get it and will then get back to me. Lo and behold once again Nedbank fails miserably at their jobs after assuring me all is well , that it has been escalated and will be finalised ASAP. Sherri emails me Friday morning to say the contract is available. I make my way to the bank early as requested by Sheri and sign everything with Judith. I leave thinking finally Nedbank is making things happen. Sheri again assures me that she will submit everything asap to resolve the matter and will provide feedback once done. Midday I follow it up via email and she tells me it has been escalated with credit and that she has done another follow up. No feedback since and nothing has been finalised. I called your branch once again today. None of the consultants who helped me are available and according to your reception no one else can look at documents they worked on and that someone will call me on Monday.
This experience at your branch has been very time consuming and frankly I am extremely dissatisfied with how all this was handled. It is evident that the customer doesn't come first to you and that you cannot make things happen to assist your clients. I once again called your call centre who once again confirmed that there is no contract on record. So what the heck is going on in your branch? Who is not doing their job and why are the department's not communicating better.
