Failing to release my title deeds after settling home loan

<p>I settled and requested cancelaation of my home loan on 16 May 2017. I was called by some attorney therafter stating I need to pay them to transfer the title deed onto my name. There is no such clause in the home loan agreement that after settling the home loan there are MORE DAMN FEES!! Release my title deeds immediately!</p>
