FAILING TO MIGRATE TO NEW BANKING APP

I have been to the bank since August 2020 trying to migrate from the Old Online Banking to the new Nedbank App for my small bisiness

I have been failing to migrate. Its now critical because I need to pay salaries and tax for Feb 2021,

Please assist before we are forced to move banks.
