Failing long term clients

I doubt the rating is worthy of a review. I am unable to transact on my acc with my money. I personally attended nedbank clearwater mall in june to update my fica today i got a surprise by not being able to transact apparently its frozen cause of fica so i guess the unfriendly consultant at clearwater branch who was more concerned with her nail art and text messages did not care to update my fica properly resulting in my family to each eat 1 pack of 2 minute noodles cause of them. I have been with nedbank over 15 years its appauling and distasteful. Call centre cant do much. My next email is to the banking ombud. Sies
