Failed transactions funds disappeared

Made a transaction that never got to the recipients account on the 6th of December, Later informed that the money was not received, only to find that the transaction failed, my money was never returned to my account ,nedvank has no answer, Nedbank where the hell is my money ? Your consultant calls me on Sunday to tell me nothing. I've been with this bank for a while ,I must say I've heard bad stories..and I am having the experience..****mers !!!
