Failed to give feedback

I have done an application for a personal and consolidation loan with nedbank three weeks ago and I have sent all requested documents but till date I have not received any updates on the status of my application. I don't think nedbank values us as clients but taking us for granted. With so many years that I have been loyal to them and really that's how I get rewarded?
