Failed payment

I tried sending money (150)to someone through their bank (FNB), but the transaction failed and was reversed. However, I was still charged 3x 100 for cash transaction fee. I want to where my 300 went, since the payment didn’t go through. It been weeks since I log a case no response and I’m there one calling every time doing follow up. I’m also tired calling the helpline, and the issue is taking long to be resolved.
