FAILED BY NEDBANK

I have opened cheque account with Nedbank on the 26-02-18. Since then i have been experiencing problem when i have to swap the card in retail stores, the card selects the stores. What is worse is that the card cannot withdraw money at any shopping stores e.g Shoprite etc. I went to Nedbank branch in Midrand and they checked it and said,it is fine and at-least gave me a new card thinking maybe the problem is on that pin that is on the card. To my surprise the card it still doing the same thing. Yesterday i went to Nedbank in Pretoria Central ask them to check if there is something wrong with my card, they said its fine and there is nothing that they can do to help me, unless ordering another card and i have to pay for that card. My question is, if Nedbank cannot find what is wrong with my card, then who will and what if that ordered card will give me the same problem as this one?
