Fabulous Nedbank

I would like to compliment Celeste at the Head office Complaints department, who listened to my entire complaint and was understanding and even gave me solutions to the problem I had at Trade Route Mall Lenasia. There was a gentleman at Head Office Complaints department that took down the complaint first and unfortunately I don't remember his name but he was also superb. If Trade Route Mall Nedbank has service like their head office , I would not have complained. Nedbank has always offered brilliant service so thank you so much Celeste and Team for listening to me and giving me solutions so when I HAVE to visit Trade Route Mall again - I will know what information I should provide them.
