Eyethu mall Nedbank

I am not happy with the Nedbank Branch at Eyethu mall, I was there today to replace my card and was attended after more than 45 minutes of waiting yet it was not even busy, the stuff doesn't have the sense of urgency. After I was assisted by a gentleman to cancel my card I was told to wait 20 more minutes to be assisted by some lady, upon waiting she told me she can't help me replace a card without producing an ID Doc or Driver's License. I'm shocked that even in 2024 one has to produce an ID to be assisted, while other Banks such as Capitec can assist you with the ID number, I'm angry as I had used my lunch time for nothing. It's about me Nedbank moves with times also the snailpace at your branches especially Eyethu mall should improve
