extremely unhappy

I am currently unemployed and have been for the past year, I have a credit card, an overdraft, and a personal loan. I tried to arrange to pay with UIF and money that the family would give me, but they refused. They told me that even if I paid that amount I was proposing, they would still debit my account. I also had an income protection that I was paying for, and when it was time to claim, I was told that it was only when retrenched. Fast forward, my brother has been away and we have not been in touch for over 3 months, he then deposited money into my account for my son's school fees, and my son will be taken out of school, then that money was taken by the legal department because i owe. I have asked the legal department for assistance because my brother was not aware of what was happening with the account. I was not aware myself, I only received an sms saying that the account has been handed over for judgment and I will be listed on ITC. My question was how, so when I tried to make arrangements and nobody was helpful. All I ask is for them to pay back to the sender, and that will be my brother's account, as he had no way of knowing about the status of the account. Now I am not getting a response, and schools are opening and exams are coming up. I am not denying that I owe the bank, and there is no way I would run from my debts, as that is my only account that I will use when I get employed again. But taking away from the unemployed and treating us like ******* is not acceptable. I need assistance with this ASAP!
