Extremely unhappy customer - Credit card

I am disappointed and highly frustrated by Nedbank. I have a credit card which admitted is in arrears but a payment arrangement has been made. I tried to get finance for a vehicle to be informed by the dealer that Nedbank had added the full capital monies owed as a monthly repayment amount???? WHAT MADNESS??? When one looks at my credit obligations, it appears as if I have a repayment of over R170 000 PER MONTH????? When I called the bank, I was told that that is how Nedbank does things. UNHELPFUL If I could, I would move my mortgage to another bank so that I never ever have anything to do with Nedbank again. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
