Extremely unhappy

Worst bank ever 🚮, I don't get any sms abt activities on my account, their app is not user friendly, when you call them you get sent from pillar to post and going to their branch is draining you'll stand outside in the queue for more than an hour until you start questioning yourself "is it really worth it?". When you're inside the tellers are so unfriendly 😩
