Extremely terrible and bad service.

Nedbank insurance is the worst. I got involved in an accident on Tuesday . I have tried calling their claims department and all the numbers available to contact Nedbank. Still to date I have not been able to get through to their consultants even to date. The lines keep ringing with no one attending to them. At some points when I go through, I am put through on an ever ringing line and when they finally pick the call it doesn't take long until they cut the call. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed at this bad service. I even went further to attend to Nedbank head office in Rivonia. They also could not assist. I spent the whole day on Friday with them trying to get assistance for me still with no luck. The service is extremely terrible to say the least. They don't even deserve one star.
