Extremely slow service at Nedbank Malvern and Umhlanga

I have been banking with Nedbank for the last 12 years. I regularly visit the Umhlanga and Malvern branches. The waiting times to see a teller is ridiculous. The average time to get to a teller is over 30 minutes . Bear in mind that you have to stand for that time. They have enough Windows but few tellers. It's especially worse if you have to visit on a weekend. The tellers are extremely slow with just a few efficient people. It takes forever for staff to even acknowledge you- way longer than 60 seconds Nedbank. Please employ more tellers and treat your customers better. People don't have time to wait so long at a bank for service if they wish to use a branch.
