Extremely slow and bad service at Greenstone

Terrible customer service at the Greenstone branch. I’ve already waited 35 minutes and still haven’t been helped with a new card. Other people have been here for over an hour. They are extremely slow. The manager isn’t here. There are three empty booths. Some Nedbank staff are on their phones. Chatting at the welcome desk rather than helping clients.
