Extremely Rude Call Centre Agent

Phoned nedbank on the 14th of December 2018, they have debited my account 3 times, spoke to a very rude lady by the name of Zandile! She did not request that I send my bank statement so she can investigate! Her attitude is disgusting and extremely unprofessional.
