Extremely Poor Service – Nedbank Home Loans

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service received from Nedbank Home Loans.

It has now been over 2 months trying to finalise an Acknowledgement of Debt (AOD) on a distressed bond, with no meaningful progress or communication. Despite numerous emails and clear explanations of the urgency- particularly that we have a frustrated buyer waiting we have received little to no feedback.

What is especially concerning and frustrating is that we have been requesting assistance from Nedbank for the past 12 months to sell the property, with no proactive support. Now that a buyer has been secured by us, the process is being unnecessarily delayed with no sense of urgency or accountability.

This lack of responsiveness and urgency is unacceptable, particularly given the financial and legal implications involved in distressed property transactions.

Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others against using Nedbank Home Loans. This has been one of the worst service experiences I have encountered.
