Extremely Poor Service from Nedbank Insurance (MFC) and The Innovation Group

What a horrible experience dealing with Nedbank Insurance (MFC) and the Innovation Group.

I wasted two hours being taken back and forth between Nedbank Insurance or MFC and their partners the Innovation Group regarding resolution of a credit shortfall matter. Non of the companies are taking accountability but instead their phone operators keep transferring me back and forth without any help.
