Extremely poor service from Nedbank House Insurance

We logged a claim for a hail storm in November and its almost 4 months later and there is no feedback or contractor to come and fix our damage. We are calling weekly to follow up but with no success. Our damage are getting more and more as there is storms and water running through our roof.
