Extremely Poor service

Extremely poor service. You have double debited my home loan in December the 19th and 25th. I left that R11 600 for school transport, Uniform, stationary and etc. On Tuesday I called for a refund, promised that I will get the money between 24 & 48 hours. It is over 48 hours, nothing is deposited into my account. I am stuck here, school transport drivers needs their money, kids wants stationary. When I call your centre, they hang up on me and give me new turn around times.

If my issue is not resolved by today, I am moving my banking to a better and competent bank. I can't remain with a bank which fails even to reverse a debit order, *********** employees.
