Extremely Poor Service by Nedbank Insurance & TIHSA

I lodged a claim with the Nedbank Insurance on 29th January 2023 via their email "***"... no response was made and I had to escalate this to Thembi Malele who is the Relationship Manager on 31st January 2023. After there was some progress, my windscreen was changed but the collision damage still has not been attended to. I made another escalation again on 9th February 2023, and after her involvement I again received a call and an email from their claims department from Chanasthea van Ede who works at TIHSA requesting me to submit the required information for claim assessment, which I did. On 13th February I received an email notification that the claim assessment was underway, thereafter there was silence for days. On 20th February I once again escalated to Thembi Malele, therefater I received a call from the consultant who had assisted me to log a claim, my age details were captured incorrectly and she wanted to enforce the excess amount, however my cover has excess waiver, after correcting her her about the driver not being aged 25 years, she corrected that information, and said I will receive a call from Renew-IT to book my car in for physical assessment and repairs. 4 weeks has passed since then and I still have not received a call to bring my car in. On the inception of lodging the claim, the consultant refused that I can take it to any accredited repairer of my choice, and said they have a list of repairers they will give to me which provide warrantee on their work, hence today, the 22nd of March 2023 (7 days short of 2 months) I still find myself in this unfortunate situation. I have lost hope in Renew-IT and the insurance consultant that is handling my case. My preferred repair centre is BMW Northcliff Auto ARC, which is approved by the RMI, and provides warantee on their work. I need this matter to be sorted urgently. I can be contacted on ***.
