Extremely poor service

I'm having tyre and rim insurance with Nedbank insurance I hit the pothole yesterday with 2 Tyres and I called in the morning when I was at superquick and the lady asked for the numbers of steelpoort superquick and said they don't have on the system and insisted to look for tiger wheels and there's nothing here even burgersfort nothing happened until again in the afternoon when I called again and told me they were about to close nothing they can do at the meantime I was stucked until I called towing to take my car home and paid R2000 and even today I called the claim department until they hanged up and my car still stucked with damaged tyres.no one follows up nor complain logged
