Extremely Poor Service

I have moved abroad and nobody is willing to assist me in updating my accounts. I need to be able to withdraw an investment but it seems as if I may not be able to do that. I have asked numerous questions and sent dozens of emails but I cannot get any clear answers out of anyone. It seems as if everyone at Nedbank is going out of their way to inconvenience me and not assist me.
