Extremely Poor Service

I app**** for a credit card with them on the 10th May, today is the 21st May I have not received any feedback besides poor services. The turnaround time for this application should be 3 to 4 working days. I have to be the one to constantly calling them to ask for feedback. I am really disappointed.
