EXTREMELY POOR POOR SERVICE!

I deposited money into my account via an ATM at Mall of Africa, the ATM glitched and took the money without crediting it into my account. I contacted the call centre and was told money will be returned within 24-48 hours!!!!!! Its been over a WEEK with a bunch of excuses!

Over SIX THOUSAND Rand and they are giving all excuses and NO RESOLUTION!
